There are no artificial flavours in our products. Fruit based flavours are made with the freshest, organic produce and for floral flavour such as mint, rose, elderflower and saffron, we only use real extracts and actual spices. There is an absolutely no artificial flavouring policy in all our creations.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don't accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with the product, please contact us with your order number, and we'll assist you with alternative solutions such as a refund or a gift card.

Macarons are fragile in nature, and despite our extremely careful packaging of our products, on rare occasions little chips or dents might occur. However, if in an extremely rare instant, your macarons arrive broken or damaged, please get in touch and we will refund your order after reviewing the damage and at our discretion.

Yes. Our vegan brownies contain soy.

This depends on the order.

For wedding cakes and other celebration cakes, we require a minimum of at least 5 months' notice.

For large or corporate macaron orders, we require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice.

For medium to large cheesecake and brownie orders, we require a minimum of 1 week's notice.
