By focusing solely on macarons and cheesecakes, I have had the opportunity to refine my craft and create something truly special. Throughout the years, I have experimented with a variety of flavour combinations, in order to create the selection you see today. Due to the delicate nature of cheesecakes, they can either be hand-delivered or picked-up from the studio in Kent. Cheesecakes can be modified to most dietary requirements, offering vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and other options upon request.
